1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, business name, billing info processed by Stripe); Customer Data you upload to Pulse or Proventus; usage and log data; and communications data sent through our products, where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and improve our Services, including AI analysis via Anthropic's API; to process payments via Stripe; to send transactional and, where opted in, marketing communications.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Pulse and Proventus use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to process submitted data and generate output. Data is used to generate output for your account and is not used to train third-party models without consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platforms (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Anthropic, Vercel), as required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active, plus 30–90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion or retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of marketing, and (for California residents under CCPA) request information about or opt out of data sharing. Contact optimizesupports@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and database-level access controls. No system is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
